With the takeover of the distribution partnership for the robot solutions of the Taiwanese robot manufacturer Techman on the part of Hilpert electronics AG, the company from Baden-Dättwil was looking for system integrators. With staedler automation AG, an excellent partner was found to conclude a cooperation agreement.
“Due to the acquisition of Techman robots, we were looking for a system integrator who was already familiar with collaborative systems and robots and could integrate them in a wide variety of industries. With staedler automation AG, we found a system integrator that we would like to integrate into our network,” explains Raphael Burkart, Managing Director of Hilpert electronics AG.
“As experts in industrial automation, we develop and build systems that precisely match our customers’ processes. In doing so, the specifications defined on the part of the customer are the focus of what the final solution should achieve. This also applies to the integration of cobots,” explains Lukas Staedler. Thus, his company integrates industrial robots and cobots for palletizing, picking and placing, machine loading, transporting and packaging in a wide variety of industrial sectors. In the process, Staedler and his team work with the customer to develop the design of the entire systems, the cost and function analyses, the control concept, and a design of the drive systems, should any be required for the mobile use of the cobot. The interaction between the cobot and the driverless Automated Guided Vehicles (AGV) is also handled by staedler automation. “I am sure that together with Techman’s products we will be able to offer our customers forward-looking, intelligent automation solutions for demanding tasks in a wide range of industrial sectors,” Burkart is pleased to say.
