Control unit for cheese dairy plant

Staedler Automation AG designed, developed, and commissioned the entire process control system for the Wildberg cheese dairy.

All processes from milk reception to the brine bath are mapped on a process control system with three operator stations.

Our consistent designation system has once again proven its worth here. Every single element, from the labelling on the sensor, to the electrical diagram, to the display on the screen, is labelled with a unique TAG ID, clearly increasing efficiency and making troubleshooting much easier in particular for new employees.
